2. Product Information & Availability
We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date information about the products we carry in our showroom and online. However:
Colors and materials may appear differently on screen
Items may sell out or become unavailable without notice
Prices are subject to change at any time
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability, or other issues.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors
Custom and made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable
4. Sales Tax
We collect California sales tax as required by law.
Sales tax is automatically applied to purchases made by or shipped to California residents based on local tax rates.
If you have a valid California resale certificate and are purchasing for resale, you may qualify for tax exemption. This must be submitted and approved before purchase.
California sales tax applies to all orders from the Davis Ink Showroom.
5. Trade Accounts
Designers and contractors may apply for trade pricing. Approval requires:
Valid business credentials (resale certificate, business license, or other proof of trade)
Agreement to our trade terms and conditions
Trade discounts apply only to approved account holders. We reserve the right to revoke trade status at any time.
6. Returns & Damages
Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
If something arrives damaged:
Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order
Include photos, order info, and a description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—images, branding, product listings, and design language—is owned by Davis Ink or our content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
8. Showroom Use & Conduct
Our showroom is open to the public, designers, and trade professionals. We kindly ask that you:
Respect the space, staff, and other visitors
Do not take photos without permission (especially of proprietary or unreleased designs)
Supervise children and pets at all times
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
9. Links to Third-Party Sites
We may link to other websites or platforms for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davis Ink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, any product purchased, or any delays or service interruptions.
Products are sold “as-is” unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
