The Process

We design and draw building elevations for both interiors and exteriors. We select building materials that are unique and original and work closely with licensed architects and structural engineers who produce the required construction documents. It is our job to turn our clients’ vision into reality.

Successful conceptual design is based on having an open mind and having fun. No idea is too bizarre for Davis Ink. We encourage free thinking and work very closely with clients during the phase. Sketches, photos, drawings and field trips are all a part of this very important and fun process.

We provide rendering services for conceptual presentations, investor presentations and city permitting. We can produce loose drawings or highly detailed renderings to meet the demands of any project.

We provide extremely detailed drawings to make sure that what we design will work within each specific space. These drawings allow us to be confident that our designs will be built correctly and in a cost effective way. We design custom millwork, seating, furniture, lighting and art as well as water, fire and landscape features. We also select and purchase drapery, fabric, wall covering and flooring. Color boards and samples are always used so that our clients may feel, touch and see important elements that will go into their project.
