Client: La Rosa

La Rosa was designed to be a bar/lounge with a small dance floor located on the second floor directly above a super successful Mexican restaurant already owned by our client. Our goal was to bring something entirely unique and unexpected for people to enjoy in the sleepy northern California town of Santa Rosa. We wanted the space to pop with cool art, insane lighting and a dramatic central bar. The environment needed to be dark and sexy with unexpected traditional Mexican elements integrated into the design. The space was designed to appeal to a young, upscale and more hip clientele. Because of the laid back northern California vibe, we needed to make sure that the space still maintained a warm, casual and inviting environment. A cool place that wouldn't be too "over the top". People should feel great here whether having casual drinks or going out for a special occasion.
Some of the W.T.F. features include Chola girl portraits spray painted by a local graffiti artist, insane custom chandeliers constructed with steel chain, a collection of random steel Milagros, a recessed glowing ceiling with custom wallpaper and a backlit glowing bar with traditional iron metal screen.
