In the highly competitive West Hollywood nightlife scene, the design objective behind icandy was to create a funky, creative and totally unique environment that was extremely sexy while at the same time warm and inviting. The stimulating venue was designed to be a place where people of all ages and sexual orientation would feel safe and comfortable. The ambiance was achieved by mixing highly organic components with an otherwise extremely modern design.

The elevated lounge area consists of black mid-century Barcelona chairs surrounded by walls of randomly angled steel rods, while hundreds of burning candles cantilever from the steel arms. Highly abstract and sexual modern art painting were selected from local artists and explode with color from the black walls. icandy offers a cool and sexy, yet non-intimidating vibe where every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.
