Design Concept: BFD was the opportunity to work with a legendary chef and unlike any other projects we have had. Our objective was to showcase the food, the ingredients, and the product. We wanted to integrate the farm the table concept of pure, simple and honest ingredients into the design.

Project Description: Like the food, we wanted the environment to be warm, inviting, and comfortable like being in a living room. We took straight-forward materials such as reclaimed wood, live-edge wood tables, raw steel and chain. We reconfigured these simple materials into unexpected features such as the giant upside down antique silver tree chandelier, custom I-beam lights and rusty steel bottle display. Our approach was to make the space playful, fun, and positive in a sophisticated way.
